Calvin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing individual psychotherapy. He aims to help you overcome life's challenges, such as feeling stuck, difficulty changing old habits, or maintaining healthy relationships. Calvin's areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Substance Use, Video Game & Internet Addiction, and BIPOC & Asian American Experience. His modalities include Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
